By order of the Head of State, Arman Kyrykbayev has been appointed as the head of the Communications Department of the Administration Office of the Kazakh President, Kazinform News Agency cites Akorda.
Born in 1976 in Tselinograd city, Kyrykbayev acted as the vice minister of culture and information of Kazakhstan in 2012-14. Between 2014-15 he was the advisor to the first Deputy Chairman of the Nur Otan party.
Prior to his current appointment, Arman Kyrykbayev served as the Secretary of the Nur Otan party.
